On the morning of March 27, Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Bureau issued a notice on Weibo, saying: with regard to the online transmission of the export of new coronavirus detection reagents from Shenzhen Yirui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to Spain, our bureau has started a rapid verification, and the specific situation will continue to be reported.
Earlier, Spain's "national newspaper" published an article entitled "the new coronavirus rapid detection reagent purchased in China is not effective". In this paper, it is pointed out that the microbial laboratories of many large hospitals in Spain have used the new coronavirus rapid detection reagent from China recently, which has proved that the effect of the reagent is not as expected.
It is understood that these reagents are the products of Shenzhen Yirui Biotechnology Co., Ltd., the original test results should be more than 80%, but in fact only 30%. "If it's this effect, there's no point in using these test reagents," the lab said.
In response, the Chinese Embassy in Spain replied on the official account of the social platform:
1. Shenzhen Yirui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is not included in the medical material suppliers donated by Chinese and domestic enterprises (such as Alibaba);
2. The medical materials purchased by the Spanish Ministry of health are under preparation and have not yet left China. Earlier, China had given Spain a list of regular suppliers, but Shenzhen e-rui was not included in the list;
3. Shenzhen e-rui has not obtained the sales license of medical products officially granted by China
