 据媒体报道,2月11日晚台湾媒体曝出,的老公汪小菲疑似强迫员工放无薪假,不同意者就会被辞退,随后引起不少社会舆论关注。2月12日,就让员工签订无薪假协议一事,汪小菲正式发文回应。汪小菲表示“所谓的无薪假是一个月放七天,员工还可以拿到基础工资,同意的员工还可以留下,不同意的员工会资遣,也就是还要多给他们一个月的工资……”

2月11日下午,汪小菲出现在了S Hotel。面对记者提问经营现状,汪小菲只回答:“大家都受影响。”关于无薪假协议的争议,他称都是根据规定办事,一方面是要拼业绩,一方面也是为了减少不必要的开支。

至于为何有部分同意协议的员工也收到了遣散通知,汪小菲解释,是因为在2月10日他与员工开沟通会议,接着给他们一个下午的时间考虑,当晚公司就已经拟好了留下来的员工的名单。而有4个员工是因为隔天才回复公司,所以会出现在被遣散的名单中。
