These bad workplace habits are a waste of time!
1. Do not listen
Not willing to listen to different opinions, not accepting new ideas and other people's loyal suggestions, resulting in their slow learning speed, others gradually leave you.
2. Not completed
The easiest way to measure a person's time management efficiency is to see how many things have been accomplished, not how many things have been done at the same time. Successful people always try to accomplish things.
3, stay up late
Staying up late and not getting enough sleep for a long time will numb your brain, make you nervous and reduce your creativity. It also shows that you can't manage your time.
Lack of concentration, focus and priority will lead to chaos.
5. Unable to withstand interference
It should be people who use mobile phones and social networks, not the latter who control people.
6. No refusal
As long as someone comes to visit, no matter whether they make an appointment in advance or not, they will be distracted at any time. If you do not respect your time, others will not respect your time.
7. No plan
Lack of planning is the number one killer of efficiency. If you spend time planning, you don't need to waste time in confusion.
8. Don't know how to use others
Only when resources and people are used reasonably can we make the best of everything and people.
9. High eye, low hand
Think of a stuttering into a fat man, but indigestion, instead of simple and complex.
Practical time management method
1. Focus on the most important tasks
When you have a goal, you need to work out a task to accomplish it. If your goal is to be healthy, you should exercise early every day.
2. Customized life goals, sorted by importance
Set goals for your life. If you've been living aimlessly, think about at least one now. Goals are useful for effective time management, like sailing in the ocean, to determine the direction of your life. If you have too many goals, manage them carefully. You need goals in every area of your life. Such as work, health, etc. Every day, you have to have a primary goal. For most people, this is the goal of the job. But if you have health problems, then health becomes your biggest goal.
3. Measure time with money
If you know how much your hour is worth, time management is much easier. If it's worth $600 an hour, you know that 30 minutes wasted on Facebook is equivalent to $300.
4. Always remember your most important goal
If you have too many goals, prioritize the top five goals each day. It's better to make a priority list of these five.
5. Set a time limit for each task
If it usually takes three hours to complete a task, you can set the time limit to three hours. You are surprised to find that you have completed the task within the time limit.
6. Don't cling to perfection
You want to do everything perfectly. But perfection is a waste of time. Letting go at the right time is not a bad thing.
7. Transform big goals into several tasks
You can divide each goal into several steps and set a time frame for each step. So you can finish your goal quickly.
8. Try to set a schedule for your daily work
Every morning before you go to work, or every night before you go to bed, make a schedule for your work every day, so that you can finish your work faster.
